1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or executing the AlgoDoctordesktop application (the "Software"), or by activating an AppSumo Lifetime Deal (LTD) license code, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this software.
2.Perpetual License Scope & Versioning
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and run the Software according to the license tier purchased:
- Single Code ($39 LTD): Grants lifetime diagnostic capability for 1 profile and up to 3 active YouTube channels, hardware-locked to up to two (2) personal Windows computers.
- Double Code ($78 LTD): Grants agency privileges, unlimited channel profiles, whitelabel PDF report generation, hardware-locked to up to two (2) personal Windows computers.
- Updates & Major Versions: The lifetime deal includes all maintenance releases, algorithmic model adjustments, and minor version feature updates within the v2.x series. Future major platform rewrites or completely separate major generations (e.g., v3.0+) may be offered as optional upgrades with preferential pricing.
3. Third-Party API Dependency (Google Cloud & YouTube BYOK)
AlgoDoctor relies on Google LLC's public YouTube Data API v3 and YouTube Analytics Reporting API:
- Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): Users connect to the YouTube API using their personal, free Google Cloud OAuth client credentials. Users are strictly responsible for complying with the YouTube API Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
- API Quotas & Changes: AlgoDoctor is not responsible for any rate limiting, API quota exhaustion, or deprecations enforced by Google LLC on third-party API services.
- Offline CSV Mode Alternative: If Google Cloud credentials are unavailable, users may utilize the zero-setup CSV drag-and-drop diagnostic mode without connecting directly to the YouTube API.
4. Local Data Storage & Zero-Server Privacy
AlgoDoctor is engineered as a local, client-side Windows application (Electron runtime + embedded SQLite database):
- All YouTube video metadata, retention arrays ($RRP$), and calculated scores ($E[T]$, $SCS$, $EDS$) are stored exclusively on your local computer storage device.
- We do not maintain, host, transfer, or sell your YouTube analytics to any central server, cloud database, or third-party advertiser.
- License key validation occurs via encrypted cryptographic signature verification to ensure genuine copy activation.
5. Algorithmic Results Disclaimer
AlgoDoctor provides deterministic mathematical diagnostics based on publicly understood 2026 Deep Neural Network recommendation heuristics. Because YouTube's proprietary ranking algorithms fluctuate based on viewer preferences, competition, niche saturation, and macroeconomic trends, we cannot and do not guarantee specific view counts, subscriber growth, or monetized revenue. All diagnostic recommendations are provided on an "as-is" basis as analytical advisory tools.
6. Non-Affiliation with Google or YouTube
AlgoDoctor is an independent software product developed by MCP Digital. AlgoDoctor is not endorsed by, directly affiliated with, maintained, authorized, or sponsored by YouTube, LLC, Google LLC, Alphabet Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. "YouTube" is a registered trademark of Google LLC.
